ADDITIONAL CONGRESS SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

L&B Sponsorship (Lunch & Breaks)

This package gives you the opportunity to be visible at the lunch/coffee break areas. The sponsor is entitled to the following benefits:

• Signage: as a sponsor of a conference lunch you are entitled to provide appropriate signage in the lunch room on the day of your sponsored lunch. The signage in the lunch room each day will be restricted to only that of the lunch sponsor for the given day. Signage Details:
  • Streamer: at the sponsored lunch/coffee break areas.
    Quantity: 4, Sizes: 200x80 cm.
  • Table Flags: at the sponsored lunch/coffee break areas.
    Quantity: all tables/company preference, Sizes: will not exceed the standard table flag sizes.
    A4 Sized Signboard: your company’s name and logo appear on a A4 Sized signboard on the path leading to lunch/coffee break area.
• Display Table: You will be able to have your own display table at the enterance of the sponsored lunch/coffee break area. This will give you the opportunity to distribute items of your company’s literature and gifts/giveaways at your company display table at the key point of the congress and expo areas.
  (items, design and all the promotional deliverings will be brought by the sponsored company. A display table with two chairs will be given by ZED. Display behind the table – if brought by the sponsored company- can not exceed 2 meters height and 3 meters width)
• Visibility on the Congress Web Page: Your company will be hyper linked with the company logo on the Congress web page.

Session Sponsorship Package (Name & Brand a Session)

This package gives you the opportunity to be visible at the session area. The sponsor is entitled to the following benefits:

• Logo Appearance: as a sponsor of a session you are entitled to provide appropriate signage in the session room during your session. The signage in the session room will be restricted to only that of the specific session sponsored.
  • Streamer: at the sponsored session room.
    Quantity: 4, Sizes: 200x80 cm.
  • The logo of the company will be added to the visual materials, in approprate sizes and shape in the session room
  • The logo of the company will appear on the Scientific Programme in the circulars.
• Company Literature and Giveaway: During your sponsored session, you will have the opportunity to distribute items of your company’s literature and gifts/giveaways at rows.
• Visibility on the Congress Web Page: Your company will be hyper linked with the company logo on the Congress web page.

Printed Materials Sponsorship Package (Congress Bag & Notebook)

This package gives you the opportunity to be visible on the congress bags and notebooks which will be delivered to all participants. The sponsor is entitled to the following benefits:

• Logo Appearance: Sponsor's logo printed on the congress bags and the notebooks for the congress along with congress details.
• Promotion Deliverance: If desired by company, Promotional document will be inserted in the conference delegate pack. (Company flyer must not exceed 16 pages, max. paper size of A4)
• Visibility on the Congress Web Page: Your company will be hyper linked with the company logo on the Congress web page.
