MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION GUIDELINES
Please take a moment to read through these guidelines to ensure your submission is correct and complete. Authors should cautiously comply with the following rules for the uniformity of the proceeding.
MANUSCRIPT’s MAIN TEXT MUST INCLUDE
- Background information about the research area
- Statement of the research problem
- Objectives and scope of the study
- Research methodology, if pertinent
- A summary and discussions of results obtained
- A conclusions and recommendations
- Typing Area
- The typing area is 187 mm in width and 272 mm in height on A4 Paper size.
- Margins should be top 12 mm, bottom 13 mm, left 11.5 mm, and right 11.5 mm.
- Two columns (column width: 90 mm, gap between the columns: 7 mm are used for main text excluding title, author(s) and abstract.
- The typing font is Arial 11.
- Title and Author(s)
- The title is less than 100 characters (including spaces) and is put in capital letters with Arial 14 point.
- Author(s) name(s) should be typed with 12 point.
- Affiliations (affiliation of the author, institution name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address) should be typed with 10 point in italic.
- The authors should identify the relevant congress theme of their paper.
- Abstract
- Abstract should be typed with Arial 11 point.
- Abstract should not be more than 250 words and should be justified.
- The second paragraph must start inside 5 mm from the left block.
- Two lines should be left at the end of abstract then main text is typed in two columns.
- Headings
- All headings should be typed with Arial 11 point and numbered.
- Main text should only contain main headings, primary sub-headings, and secondary sub-headings. After three level there should be no tertiary sub-headings.
- Paragraphs
- The paragraphs should be justified and the letters should not be hyphenated.
- There should not be a space or line break between the preceding paragraphs.
- Line spacing must be single with no spacing before and after the line.
- Table Format
- All tables should be typed with clear columns.
- Each table must be called out in text; it will be placed on a page as close to the first mention as possible.
- Tables must have a table number, a title (typed in bold, before 15 pt, after 9 point), and be numbered sequentially. Do not number tables as 1, 1a, 1b, etc. If there are individual tables, please number them 1, 2, 3, etc.
- Tables must have more than one column with each column having a unique heading.
- Avoid using equations in tables. The font size is smaller in tables than in the text, and super and subscripts tend to get lost.
- Notes are acceptable in tables and should be represented by superscript letters. Do not use numbers as they could be confused as math.
- Vertical rules are not permitted in tables.
- Horizontal rules are permissible around headings only.
- Avoid redundancy of data in figures, tables, and text.
- Figure Format
- Figures must have a table number, a title (typed in bold, before 9 pt, after 15 pt), and be numbered sequentially. Do not number tables as 1, 1a, 1b, etc. If there are individual tables, please number them 1, 2, 3, etc.
- Each figure must be contained in a box or border must be put around each figure.
- Units
- The use of Systéme International (SI) units as primary units of measure is mandatory. Other units may be given in parentheses after the SI unit if the author desires. More information about SI units can be found from NIST at http://physics.nist.gov/cuu/Units/index.html.
- References
- To cite sources in the text, use the author-date method; list the last names of the authors, then the year. The formats are as follows: one author—(Smith, 2004); two authors—(Smith and Jones, 2004); three or more authors—(Smith et al., 2004).
- Use APA style for citation documentation.
http://www.tused.org/internet/tufed/apa.pdf - Prepare a reference section listing all references alphabetically by last name of the first author. For anonymous reports and standards, alphabetize by the issuing institution. Double-space the reference section.
- References must be written in justified format and the second line must start 5 mm inside. No gap or break is left between preceeding references.
- Heading REFERENCES must not be numbered.

- Covering two different topics
- English language is deficient. Manuscript must be edited by a native English speaker or a professional translator before submission.
- It is not formatted correctly in accordance with the specified guidelines.
- It is sent later the announced full manuscript submission deadline.
Authors should send their short bio’s up to 100 words to organizing committee.
Maximum length of the paper should be, preferably, 8-9 pages, but, if possible, not more than 10 pages.
